Hello, Monday i will try a low cadence workout indoor. I will do 3x3min low cadence with 6min rest and after that 3x10min low cadence with 6min rest. 2 questions: -How much rpm do i have to aim? 50 or 60? -Is 6min rest after 10mn low cadence enough?
