Hi, it’s that time of the year again to start indoor training for me. Last year I ran the Medium volume plan, and although I try to ride 5days a week this year I was going to run the LV with 3 workouts than add an endurance or tempo ride 1-2 times a week when I can. This is fine isn’t it I see LV + extra recommended a lot.
Also I haven’t done a ramp test yet but usually around a 300w ftp how ever iv had 2 holidays this month with lots of drinking and Covid so I just knocked my ftp down by 20watts as I think il struggle top end on my ramp test. Was planning on seeing how this starts then test in 2weeks once I’m fit again
Don’t worry about a ramp test (unless you really want to), after you’ve done 10 indoor TR workouts that’ll trigger AI FTP Detection.

Thanks, strangely I done an easy endurance ride earlier and it tried to up my ftp straight away
