For having sprints in the middle of an endurance workout I’ve seen some data that shows that it can be useful:

I’m not claiming that is full proof, would love if TR did A\B studies with adaptive training where it gives microburst versions of workouts to one group and the exact same workouts to another group that just lack the microburst.

BTW I tried commenting on youtube but then it immediately disappeared so guessing something is up with my phone…
