Last year I was on the same plan and the schedule during base had five days per week in this order: sweet spot, endurance, sweet spot, threshold, sweet spot. This years plan, making the same selections when building the plan, results in sweet spot, endurance, sweet spot, threshold, and then a two hour endurance ride. Anyone else seeing this change? I had great results with the old structure and am questioning the wisdom of introducing another easy ride to the mix.
