Moving workouts vs adjusting workouts

Doing the low volume plan bc have some weeks that its all I can squeeze in but others I can do more in which I add in long endurance rides or fun MTB rides on the other days.

My question is often my Wednesday/Thursday’s ends up with more time then i have on the weekend days (4 kids activities to juggle around) so does it make more sense to do a longer version of the Wednesday workout and a shorter version of the Sunday workout or to just swap the workouts so i do the longer workout (scheduled for weekend) on Thursday and the Thursday workout on the weekend? hope that makes sense…

In LV plans you’re fine to swap around the days that fit your time constraints. When you load/build a plan you are able to do this before it’s put on your calendar. As you have rest days between every workout you should be recovered enough to hit your targets.
