I noticed when I clicked on the notification on my phone for the new episode it errors out(Spotify)

I haven’t checked every outlet, but it looks like the episode got pulled for some reason.

It downloaded on my podcast player and there is a lot of audio overlap.

Keegan and Richie are both so chill. If it were just the two of them on a podcast it would probably sound like that old SNL skit with the ladies on NPR. eg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPpcfH_HHH8

Yeah audio overlap. Likely a transcoding glitch.

Seems YT is up again:

Turned up on my Overcast feed overnight (Sat AM here in Au).

Enjoyable content with some great tips from all contributors.

I could really visualise Jonathan’s “squat v deadlift” analogy when descending steep gradients and shall put this into place this week.
Having said that, his description of traversing rock gardens with “milk jug” sized rocks was interesting - I look forward to future episodes where other tableware and kitchen apparatus is used to describe trail conditions:

Rolling pin sized tree roots?
Toaster sized step ups?
Salt and pepper shaker sized loose rock?

Jonathan is a pro. Your interview skills really shined on this one. Well done.
