Hi All- I’m training for a two-day endurance ride. When I make a custom training plan, TR only allows me to put in one date for the event. Is there a way or workaround to mark this as multi-day? I tried making two different training plans, one for day 1 of the ride and one for day 2 but the plans overlapped.
For now, I selected day 1 as the end date for the plan and the time length is the total between day 1 and day 2. Seems like that may be best but curious what the group thinks. Thanks!
My first thought would be to do make both days a “B” race.
Add a “B” event to each separate day.
I doubt the training for a 1 Day vs a 2 day back to back event is much different. You might want to do some event simulation days to prep your hydration, fueling, and recovery, but the training plan itself might be pretty much the same.
I’d probably just combine the distance/time you’ll do over both days and put them on the calendar as one event on the first day. You can use something like bestbikesplit to help you develop a pacing strategy so you dont go too hard on day 1.

Do you not just say it’s a stage race? And then put in Days 1 and 2 as per the time you think you will be riding?

I recently had onboarding call as wasn’t sure how to set up plan for multi day event, and was recommended to make it a stage race.

Welcome to the TR community!
Confirming what other athletes mentioned above – we generally recommend making multiday events a “Stage Race.”

You guys are the best. Stage Race is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
