After I have upgraded TrainerRoad on my mac, all my upcoming trainings are gone, please help ASAP.

There’s a few posts on this very issue…you need to re-add your training plan, see here [Calendar Mac Update - We will do better]

If you relaunch the desktop app it should tell you there’s an update available.
