Hello guys! I just bought 2 neo 2ts and I have a few questions for those that use the trainers with mtbs, in special with a carbon fiber frame.
My main worry is that the end caps do not rotate in the trainer so even with the fork locked out, the extra pivoting up and down that a mtb has compared to a road bike would cause the end caps from the trainer to eat into the frame damaging the dropouts. Anyone got any experience with this?
I noticed the rubbing on my Spark. A little bit of grease helped.
If I’d decided to keep that bike on the trainer long term I’d have used a couple shims/washers as well.

Yup, for any bike with suspension on a trainer, I would use thin plastic washers and grease between the axle / trainer / frame.
