I have been having trouble since downloading the new TR app. There is a lag in power from 10 to 20 seconds. Just wondering if it is the TR app or my setup. I reached out to support and they stated that they had seen the problem and fixed it. However, I am still having problems.

Iād follow up with them again so they can check out your ride log, and make sure that any aforementioned fixes actually took effect. Sorry for the trouble!
