I’m doing the Oceanside 70.3 as the bike member of a relay. I have been a TR lurker for a long time and just took the plunge.
Searching for the right training plan for this distance that is solely focused on bike. I’m probably going to do low volume.
For context, I did the Santa Cruz 70.3 in September and finished the bike in just over 3 hours. Goal is to do Oceanside in 2.5.
Thoughts/Guidance appreciated.
