I’ve pressed lap button too early by accident during outdoor workout on my Garmin 530. Is there a way to undo this to restart the accidentally skipped interval?
Google suggests its possible with an update 2 years ago you may look in there for an answer.
It only shows when you press the upper right button in the workout screen (the one with the horizontal red/yellow/green/yellow/red bar that shows you whether you are in the workout target range).

Yes it is. If I’m remembering it right you have to press the upper right button while you’re on your workout screen. Then you can skip and repeat intervals. You have to be on the Garmin default workout screen though, not on the one you probably created for TR Workouts.
