Hey all!
It feels bittersweet to announce that @IvyAudrain and I are passing the baton onto the fabulous @ZackeryWeimer as he moves from Support into Community Management!
Zack is a Category 1 Road Racer and was previously a Senior Support Agent, so it is safe to say that you are in excellent hands.
You’ll still see and hear plenty from Ivy and I, as we put our focus on Content Creation; through podcasts, YouTube videos, Instagram etc. We’re excited to continue to interact with you all in a different format.
