Petition to change "Extend Cooldown" to "Extend Warmdown" and "Extend Warmup" to "Extend Coolup"

Obvious opportunities for improvement here. I’m surprised this hasn’t been done already smh.

It’s not April fools yet lol

Just show me where to sign.

This makes no sense at all to me. At the end of the workout I am hot. The bit after the end is where I start to cool down. Same way at the start I am cool. As I start to ride I get warmer. I am warming up. The titles as they currently are make sense to me.

For those who missed it, this thread is a play on the ribbing that took place on a recent podcast between Chad and Jonathan… about the time when you “get ready” for a workout and when you “are nearly done” with a workout… :stuck_out_tongue:

That was some good banter on the terminology. It was almost as entertaining as the guy who asked “How often do you wash your shorts?” Fun Stuff.

Good news! Virginia already refers to its final few minutes as a “warm-down”.
