Podcast about muscle loss as we age

I know there was a Ask a Cycling Coach podcast a year or two ago that talked about how the work we do now will benefit us as we age. I feel like part of the discussion tried to explain how ex-pro racers could take years off and with some training get back to the front of the pack quickly(due to mitochondria half life around 10 years?).
