Productive to achievable workouts?

Why such a change?

I did a 2-hour road race yesterday. I was still scheduled for a productive threshold workout today but skipped that because I signed up for another race tomorrow(Sunday).
I added that race to my plan. Another 2-hour race. Then these changes popped up.

Not really upset by it, just curious what would cause it.

AT likely wants you to be fresh for the race and take the fatigue into account you incur during the race.

Never seen this before that’s pretty cool!

I think with PL’s it’s easy I forget that workouts are still workouts even if you aren’t raising your level.
Time above FTP is still time above FTP.

By the way, mad props on exceeding sweet spot PL 10! :+1:

Ha thanks! It’s cool but maintaining it and finding time/places to complete the workouts are tough.

Yup! Was able to verify @OreoCookie logic

Adding the 2-hour race resulted in adaptations to maintain freshness at your current Progression Levels.

I see, however, that you’ve picked some Workout Alternates for the following 2 weeks

Thank you for confirming!
But after my race on Sunday it suggested the previous productive workouts for this week again which is why I went with alternatives and I do like 120 min workouts.

Welcome

That’s because you have another B Event scheduled for Saturday and it’s giving you opener workouts in the days leading up to it.
