Progression levels between training phases

Hi, I’m about to move into a build phase from base and noticed that all the upcoming workouts are well below my current progression levels. I’d have thought AT would have started to review the upcoming workouts and switch them up or does it not ‘talk’ to future phases?

The changes from AT will be done to the new phase once you actually start it. It doesn’t “work ahead” as we might expect.

Yeah. This explains something I thought was weird. I finished a workout and got no adaptions recommended as is often the case. No surprise there. What was surprising was that after a day off, I opened the app and it recommended adaptations before I started a workout. It turns out it was the start of a new phase, Base 3. It didn’t recommend adaptations until the new phase actually started.
