Pushing whole plan back a week

Hi all, started my Plan Builder HV Tri non-Masters plan today and now realise the recovery week isn’t lining up with the last week of the month which is what I want for boring work reasons.

Is there a way to push the whole six month recovery cycle back a week or is it best to rebuild the plan next Monday as though it’s the first week?

If you’re trying to line up the Recovery Weeks to the end of the month, I’d suggest playing a bit with the start date of the plan whether that’s backdating it or moving it forward :slight_smile:
