Check out a Cervelo R or S series. They’re a little taller/less-long than many of their rivals. A size 54 has a stack and reach of 555/378. 56 is 580/387. The last generation R2/R3/S2/S3 were similar. All have 73* head seat tube angles in those two sizes. R-series has 410mm chainstays, S-series 405. That’s one thing you have to watch for on endurance bikes. Some of them have longer seat stays which can mute the handling sharpness.
If you’re looking to get the seat forward for aerobar use on a road bike, you can use the Profile Design “Fast Forward” seatpost. Only catch is, you have to have a round seatpost. Think of it as a negative-setback design, which puts the rails in front of the seatpost center.

Lastly, I wouldn’t get too hung up on head tube length. Other than for aesthetics, It’s kind of a meaningless figure anymore. Fork lengths are more variable than they used to be back in the steel stick tube frame days.
