Race day primer workout

If you have a race at 6pm, and you can’t do a primer in the evening the day before, would it be better to do it the morning of the previous day (so about 30 hours before the event) or would it be better to do it the morning of the event?

I would say the day before. Generally 24 hours before is a good timeframe. All things being equal, error on the side of being “too fresh”.

Thanks for the info. I’ll do the primer at 2-3pm the day prior is about the latest I can do it that day.

I do Truuli -1. It’s what TR recommends for the XCO Specialty plan.
