Recovery Weeks alternative activities

Hi all, TR Team
Question regarding recovery weeks.
What kind of activities could be done not influencing the scope of recovery during recovery weeks?
Are planks of strength activities too much, mobility routine or walk might be done?

Planks and mobility is fine.

If you’re lifting, take a deload week (maybe do half weight, half reps, half sets)

Walking is great. Hiking or via ferrata, maybe not so much. :blush:
