I just picked up a 2019 Trek Checkpoint SL5. Excited to get it out on some gravel. My road bike is a Giant Contend 3. It was my first road bike so I bought the cheapest thing I could find. It has served me well but I am wondering if it makes sense to get a set of road wheels/tires for my new Trek? It would obviously be an upgrade since it is carbon and has better components.
Any suggestions on road wheels and tires? Would probably want something mid range.
