I picked one up last year for $499 at their big blowout. Whatever happened to the H4?

Not sure on the H4. It had some claimed improvements with power accuracy and peak values, but nothing earth shattering. It was just catching up to the Kickr for the most part. Perhaps their background company issues they hit and those new specs became incompatible?
Overall this price adjustment obviously makes sense considering the reshaping we see this season in the trainer market, but it feels again like Saris is playing catchup vs leading or trying to do new stuff. Short of the MP1 that hit it’s own issues, I am not optimistic about their future if all they are doing is trying to keep up with the Joneses. Maybe this is just a first step and they have some new stuff that is destined for release?
