SRAM and Quarq support are awesome

Without getting into the details, I’ll just say SRAM support continues to be awesome for me. Every time I call, I get a human being that is typically a bike racer and knows their stuff inside and out. If they don’t know something, they actually follow up once they figure it out. And technically, I think their phone support line is for dealers, but they always answer the phone for me and have never disappointed.

In a world with crappy CS as the norm, it’s sad I should get so excited about great support for the products we buy, but here we are. Great to see companies like SRAM (and Trainerroad is another one) continuing to make the investment in great CS.

I agree

Great support

Totally agree, (but I have only used the online forms.) Same with Zipp and RockShox. Their support and warranty is really good and makes me really want to buy their products again and again.

Fully agree. I had issues with my Powertap pedals twice. Each time SRAM replaced them. They certainly did not need to since they were long out of warranty however SRAM stood up after they purchased Powertap. I wish SRAM would have continued with a pedal based system.

Yeah, my lastest issue was with an old powertap hub and they helped me out. The hub is 7+ years old, I reached out hoping I could buy a part that hasn’t been available in years. It wasn’t even a part number is SRAM’s system, but they hunted one down and sent it to me free of charge. There is a reason I spend a little more and own 3 quarq powermeters (and still have 3 working powertap hubs, those things are just bulletproof). And lots of other SRAM/Zipp/Rockshox stuff.
