Sram red axs rear derailleur issue

New to sram and already have an isuue. My rear derailleur stopped responding. When the AXS button is pressed the led flashes red. Green led does not come on when button is held. Battery fully charged and even swopped FD battery to make sure. On sram app it keeps updating same firmware 2.41.0. Any suggestions.

Iā€™d call sram. Obviously some kind of battery issue as Red means a dead battery.

Thank you for the reply. Waiting on Sram for a response hopefully it is something small.

Mine did the same have a read here. This fixed it.

Worked for me and as you have experienced Sram are useless!
