I’m starting HV Base 2 this week but I can’t make the 2h sessions during the weekdays (1h30 long is ok), so I’m thinking of either reducing them to the -X version that is 1h30 long or replacing them with the session from Base MV2.
Which one should be the best approach? I would still like to get some volume that’s why I’m thinking of sticking to HV instead of going with MV with some added endurance sessions.
