I’m on SSB1 Mid Volume training on my 5th week. Got a chest cold and a bit short of breath, slight cough. Should I just stop and wait till I get better? I think the answer will be yes, but I’m still hopeful. Do I just start where I left off or would I have to start over again? I know some colds can take a week or two to go away and this is very disappointing to have this interruption in training being so close to the end off this SSB training. It’s not the end of the world, I just worked so hard over the past few weeks and I hope I don’t have to start the program from the beginning. Thanks for any advise

Chad sums it up really well with tons of discussion on the topic. I think you’ll find the overwhelming response to be quite simple: rest, get well, continue training.
Don’t let perfect get in the way of good enough.
@mcneese.chad were the urls updated? i clicked on the posts that you linked, but they’re all redirecting to a ‘page not found’. based on a quick url review it looks like a part of the url was changed to a “t”

i’ll look for the separately, but not sure if this means that all links embedded in other posts will have the same result.
Not sure what exactly causes these issues, but I’ve seen them over time in these old topics.
I fixed all the ones in my post other than the search (that I can’t do easily on mobile).
ETA: The “quick” way to find these lost links is to copy the thread title, and paste it into the forum search tool. The real one will pop right up in the search results, assuming it’s actually still there and not actually deleted (which can be done intentionally at times).
