Recently I added strength training to my schedule and stumbled across this YouTube channel. I think it’s a fantastic resource with content that is specific, to the point and explained very clearly and thoroughly. There is extensive education on how to structure strength training and how to achieve your chosen outcomes.
Another favourite of mine is this database of exercises that help me decide what to include in my plan.
Feel free to share those great resources you have come across.
Thanks, those look like great resources. I like Alexander Bromley’s youtube channel. He also has a simple science based approach to strength training.
He has good reviews on different strength programs.
Though, problem with many strength training resources is that they mostly concentrate on building muscle which usually isn’t a cyclists main goal.
I’ve recently been diving into strength training as well and found some fantastic resources that have really helped me structure my workouts and achieve my goals. One of my go-to YouTube channels is Flow High Performance 32. They provide in-depth education on strength training, muscle growth, and fat loss, all explained clearly and thoroughly.
Another resource I’ve found incredibly helpful is the exercise database on Bodybuilding.com. It’s a treasure trove of exercises with videos, photos, and detailed instructions, making it easy to decide what to include in your training plan.
Speaking of resources, I also came across this comprehensive guide on hypertrophy training from RP Strength. It covers everything from the science behind muscle growth to practical tips on how to structure your training for hypertrophy.
