Coming up on my 5th off season using TR and feel like I need a bit of a change from the same old same old. I really enjoy the platform and want to stay with it so will not be switching to another platform or coach.
I’m just wondering if anyone has set up a training plan in their calendar based on @SpareCycles Sustainable Training Plan using TR workouts? I started looking through the workout library and found what I figure is close enough workouts. The SIT workouts I found have less than 5 min rest and the vo2 workouts are close also. I use erg mode mainly as I watch tv most workouts - so having a workout to follow is what I’m looking for. I don’t want to create workouts as I don’t have workout creator (need a web version ).
Figured I’d take a stab and see if anyone here has something similar with TR workouts.
