Hopefully an easy question. I’m currently running an 8 week polarized plan that has a VO2 ride on Tuesday and a Threshold ride on Saturday. I’m incorporating a Zwift master race which keeps me predominantly in Threshold that’s scheduled on a Tuesday. I was wondering if I can swap the Saturday threshold ride and slot the VO2 on Saturday instead?
Yep, don’t over think it, everything is a slow burn.

Within the weeks you can do the workouts on the days you want. Just swap them around, no problem.
