Tacx Neo on the fritz?

Hi all,

Only asking this here since Garmin support seem out of options. I’ve had a OG Tacx Neo for 7 years now and it’s developed super loud noise and vibration -

Things support have suggested which I’ve done -

Change cassette and chain for new
Remove disc and clean magnets
Completely swap out bearings and freehub
Tighten all screws and bolts on the plastic

Does anyone have any ideas or am I likely needing a new trainer here??

If you are a Facebook user, Rick Webb over in the Tacx Neo Owners group does repairs and may be a good person to ask for your issue.

I think he runs the related FB page for his business.
