There are all sorts of ways to increase T naturally. I’ve read a number of articles where the person increased T by a significant percentage (like they doubled it). One can google for various recipies but here are a few:
sunlight - especially chest exposure and testicles - you can also use near infrared light therapy in your home - joovy light
lift weights
magnesium, zinc, & D supplementation - btw, a large portion of the population is deficient. D-see #1 sunlight
Lose weight - the more fat you carry the less T you will have circulating
Avoid estrogens from plastics - don’t put hot food in it or use plastic in the microwave
