Thru axle install for Zwift Hub trainer

:frowning: kay. I am new to the disc bike game. I have a Zwift Hub trainer and used to have a rim brake bike on it. Now I have a 12 spd disc brake bike and no clue how to put it on my Zwift Hub trainer. I have tried two different thru axle adapters, bit neither of them work. Wondering if any of you guys have a Zwift Hub and have needed to get a thru axle for your trainer, and if so what is your trainer and the adapter you used? I am losing my mind over this, which seems like a simple thing to do. Appreciate any help. Please be gentle…:frowning:

Have you watched and followed the Zwift setup video?

Thank you! I have not seen that one specifically, but I knew I needed an adapter. Just was not aware onewas needed on both sides. I misplaced these when I bought my Zwift trainer forever ago. So this was helpful. Just need the adapter

You’re not the first to misplace the axle adapters. It’s common enough that I think a minor ‘feature’ these trainer makers could consider is a spart parts holder that stays right on the trainer for instant access. Sort of a saddle bag, but I suspect it would need to be very cleanly done to fit with whatever design theme is best for each trainer.

I have a plastic tub where I store all the manuals and sparer parts, with a Ziplock bag labeled for each trainer to make sure I have parts when swapping between bikes.
