If you’re a fan of showing lots of seatpost and a long stem as is currently the fashion you could squeeze on a 54. I’m on a 58 at 6’2” and pretty pleased. The CAAD12 is spot on stack and reach as my last frame but looks (and to some it seems feels) bigger because of the classic, non-sloping, top tube design vs most bikes today which are overwhelmingly semi-compact.
