TR show percentage/time in zones

Maybe this is discussed in another thread… if so please be so kind to point me in that direction…

Does TR show a percentage in zones throughout a training plan, or even throughout your “career”? ie, this X plan contains 80% zone 2, 10% threshold, 5% VO2max, 5% sprint… or something along these lines? Or, set a time duration filter (eg, one month, one year, etc) that shows this same data based on recorded info?

If TR does not, does anyone know if training peaks does?

I’m not aware of it in TR, but I believe training peaks does and Intervals.icu definitely has a page that shows zone breakdown for a date range.

We break this down for each workout, but not for a plan or career.

I’ll pass this suggestion along to the team, though! Thanks for the feedback!

Can you please show where to find this broken out per workout?

Yep! Just load the details of a workout on the web and scroll down. :slightly_smiling_face:

I would love to see this for plans/seasons/career just out of interest more than anything!

If you have your training history stored in Strava or Garmin Connect, it’s very easy to set up integration into Intervals.icu and look at all your historical metrics.

Intervals.icu has a lot of useful training metrics and it’s simple to use. It’s free or you can contribute to them if you are getting value. In my opinion, Intervals.icu complements the TR system nicely with additional insight into training stress and historical metrics. And it can talk to a bunch of different systems/devices-

Ahh brilliant thanks

intervals.icu works great for historical data… but it doesn’t show future data. It’d be nice to export TR calendar, then upload to intervals.icy and see the “future” training load data.
