Hey Check out these threads - general consensus is gravity plans are the closest to track - I personally got it done with Crit plans as well but always mixed road and track.
I spend the majority of my time either staring at a wall or turning left. Any of you have a similar experience?
The real reason for this post is to ask you what you do for your training if like me you ride track, Weather you ride a specific program or chose a handful of workouts I want to know. Or if you have any advice or ideas.

I am a 55 year old masters racer with primary focus on road racing. I live close to an outdoor track and have raced with not much focus in prior regional and national track championships. I consider racing next year in June track nationals in T-town with focus in 2K individual pursuit but would also race 500TT, points and scratch race. What would be the best training plan progression? Last year was a complete bust for me, except for losing about 40 pounds (let’s not talk about the ten or so I put back on after that). I think I got about 1500 km of riding in and almost no indoor training. I had just started lifting weights and then we all know what happened.
