I need help figuring out what is going on with the TR outdoor workout that no longer appears in my Wahoo Roam. I suddenly stopped downloading . It keeps asking on my Wahoo app the authorize TR and when I do , it has a check mark with an exclaimation asking me to authorize again. I have contacted TR support but haven’t heard from them at all. Please advise .How can I fix this , it been two weeks !
This might be due to the new data sync between TR and Wahoo. Have you already tried to set up the connection the other way around?
While I have not yet tried it with outdoor workouts, I disconnected TR on the Elemnt app and instead connected them via TR (TR Website => Account => Connections). Outdoor rides are synced back to TR as intended this was. Maybe it’ll also work for workouts
I have authorised the connection between TR and Wahoo through the TR webpage only and it works for me and my Wahoo Ace.

Here’s what I think we should try to get things back up and running for you:

First, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Wahoo account via Connection settings on the TrainerRoad website. This will refresh the connection and often resolves syncing hiccups.

Restart the Wahoo device after reconnecting.

Next, make sure the TrainerRoad app is successfully connecting to our servers. Try logging out and back into the app.

If things still aren’t syncing, here’s a quick checklist to run through:

Make sure your Wahoo account is fully authorized to send and receive workout data.

Confirm that your planned workout is scheduled as an Outside workout on your TrainerRoad calendar.

Maybe as an update, I tried an outside workout on my Roam V1 recently and everything worked just as expected. My guess is that the ELEMNT app just never received an update for the new auth flow with TR, which either broke the connection from that side or made it obsolete.
Correct way currently seems to be to remove the connection in the ELEMNT app to silence the warnings and connect from the TR side instead.
Maybe someone from TR could also reach out to Wahoo to get this sorted, but might be the ELEMNT app is just too old for them to care anymore. Going by the pre-release details for the upcoming v3 versions of Bolt and Roam, they’ll use the “Wahoo” app instead, which all other equipment from Wahoo relies on already

Still broken for me. Nothing like finding out the sync is borked when the weather is finally nice enough to go outside. I can see the workout in the Wahoo app, but not in the ELEMNT app. And my Bolt isn’t yet supported in the Wahoo app. I guess the problem is on the Wahoo side.
Strange. I just checked and today’s workout is shown in my ELEMNT app. I had to update the view by pulling down though - did you maybe miss this step?
Some of the data is weird though, the workout has has a TSS of 65535 and an IF of ∞.
Yeah, I got it solved. Account login change issues. All on me. I had to disconnect everything to realize what the problem was.
