TrainerRoad not updating 20min Zwift FTP Test

With the new integration between TR and Zwift I added a 20min FTP test to my TR calendar, the activity was successfully synced with Zwift. I completed the test in Zwift and it was synced back to TR but TR doesn’t update the new FTP result. It’s like it doesn’t detect this was the initial TR workout synced back but rather a Zwift ride synced with TR.

We’re working on this, and it’s coming soon!

Right now though, TrainerRoad doesn’t automatically update your FTP from Zwift Ramp tests, but we’re developing this functionality. Stay tuned! :winking_face_with_tongue:

In the meantime, if you take a Ramp Test (or any FTP test) in Zwift, you can manually update your FTP in TrainerRoad by following these steps:

  1. Open TrainerRoad and go to Account > Profile (in the app or website).
  2. Locate the FTP field and enter your new FTP value from Zwift.
  3. Click Update Information (if on the website), and you’re all set.
