5 weeks ago, after completing SSB LV2, I had to stop for 5 weeks.
Due to a goal I have on the 2nd of September, which is 13 weeks from now, I wondered if you think if I could skip SSB lv1?
Side note is that I am riding for 7 years and race for 3. This will be a road race, 90k.

It looks like you have this out of order. The plan progression is:
- Sweet Spot Base 1 - 6 weeks - (Low, Medium or High Volume)
- Sweet Spot Base 2 - 6 weeks - (Low, Medium or High Volume)
- Build Phase - 8 weeks - (Low, Medium or High Volume)
- Specialty Phase - 8 weeks - (Low, Medium or High Volume)
So 28 weeks for each season.

Agreed with the above, that is the correct phase progression.
