Training before ECG etc

Hi all,

I am seeing a cardiologist tomorrow morning as part of post-COVID thing. I generally feel fine and see improvements week after week, but just want to be 110% sure. I will probably have ultrasound and ecg done.

Is early morning endurance ride a stupid idea? I am not planning to raise my heart rate above 120-130bpm.

I don’t see a problem with it unless you were told otherwise. Some people might ride their bicycle to the cardiologist. Others even get to ride a bike at the cardiologists office.

Thanks, that brings me peace of mind ))
