Training Playlists

I’ll have to add these to my library on spotify, thanks.

I keep getting logged out of spotify on my amazon device and it takes me a while to get around to logging back in because it’s so annoying. My device even reset in the middle of entering my password yesterday.

Just listened to it now. Would like more Van Halen but otherwise it rawks /m\

I have two obsessions, interval training and DJ’n dance music. After listening to hours of dance music each week and have curated and mixed my favourite pics into 1hr playlists to accompany our vomit enducing turbo sessions. ***Guaranteed to reduce RPE…

Load up Shortoff, turn on your Bluetooth and “enjoy”…

Latest one below, but I will upload on a regular basis fresh tunes. Please feel free to follow, listen, request and comment. All feedback welcome!

Nice. It is on the down tempo side of things that I’d usual train to but as a mix, I really liked it.

My body tells me no!
But I won’t quit
'Cuz I want more, 'cuz I want more

Throw in some Nitzer Ebb :zap::tipping_hand_man: and watch the Blue Blocks of Doom tumble! :boom:

As promised, here is a UK garage Mixtape. This is all mixed using 12” vinyl from the late 90’s, high tempo and big dirty baselines and from the underground scene. Not mainstream pop but great to get you through some gruelling sessions.

Double Bubble of Dance Turbo Mixes for your pain cave pleasure this week. This one is the “build” to my previous “base” level playlists. Harder, faster and contains some darker modern takes on Dance classics such as Insomnia, Greece 2000 and a Beastie Boys vs Jacko (Intriguing right) cut.

Thanks for creating and sharing these Shylock. I’ve been enjoying them and hope that you’ll continue to make more.

Thanks for the feedback and for listening. I will certainly continue to post these.

I graduated in the 80s, and this is what I listened to then. It also has helped me get through several workouts. It has 13 hours of songs, if you need to skip a few.

Sometimes I have to dig deeper and dive into 60s and 70s Classic Rock.

the ever evolving playlist - mostly hard rock and “worse”… makes your ears hurt just as bad as your legs

I like to listen to upbeat Synthwave, like Kavinsky and what not. It’s keeps me motivated throughout the workout, and is not distracting.

Here’s a really good playlist I’ve been listening to recently: Spotify

Is it only me who gets so annoyed with music especially during last intervals of VO2Max workouts? :)))

Great top!

Here are two of my fuels for workouts.

I can hear a skateboard, see US40 Baggys and some DC shoes:

Here is a more Netherland-Niki Terpstra approach:

(First song is from a famous movie  )

So, after going through some of the others and finally hitting yours, you may like mine:
