Training Playlists

Thanks. I’ll give them a listen.

Not sure if anyone is aware of this but if you use Apple Music and want to listen to the Spotify playlists above there is a free way of doing it. Get yourself a free Spotify account and then an app called Songshift. It will allow you to link the two services and “copy” the playlist across. It’s pretty easy to use and allows you to link two services and copy one playlist at a time - there is a paid version that allows you to link multiple services like Amazon Music, plus copy multiple lists at once

Hi All, just started reading “How Bad do You Want It” from Matt F. this week and i found this playlist that I wanted to share with you. It contains videos from all races that are featured in the book .

I’ve been watching them after I finish each chapter and it is crazy to watch these videos on Matt’s perspective.

Cheers

I don’t think music is necessary for doing the workout.

House Mix#4 now uploaded (follow my Mixcloud profile for all future and previous mixes).

This one builds throughout the hour, warming you up with some vocal house then taking you through some big ring tech house and some higher cadence melodic and future house.

Updated again! Thank you all (439) for following my playlist. Much appreciated :sunglasses::call_me_hand:

House Mix#5- This one is all tech, future & electro House, not a single Diva in earshot

Best enjoyed alongside alongside a Sweet Spot or VO2Max session.

1st hour of a 2hr live set I recorded. This one is all classic Ibiza Anthems. Lots of energy although beer and margarita’s not recommended as accompaniments to training!

2nd hour of Millenial Classic Ibiza anthems mix- this builds on the euphoric trance of part 1 and takes it into the darker hours with some classics from the harder trance end of the spectrum.

Metal playlist: r/Metal | Daily hot posts - playlist by Listige | Spotify

What’s cool about it is that it’s updated everyday! Which is important to me, as training playlists can otherwise become repetitive.

If you are in to Trance, I’ve really been digging Armin Van Buren’s ASOT episode 900, live set from Utrecht. 138bpm

Do your warmup without music and then start it from the beginning. Really builds and carries you through the workout.

Lately for anything w/intensity:

Armin Van Buren
Skrillex
Pendulum
Prodigy

A back to back mix of some classic big room house tracks with UK Garage. Thanks to all those listening, nearly 1000 streams of these so far this year!

A real mix of genres -80s, 90s, 00s, rock, pop
Majority of songs are close to 90bpm

As you all keep streaming, I’ll keep training & mixing. This one’s energy is pretty balanced throughout and goes well with a Sweet Spot workout like Mount Good, Ericsson, Tallac etc.

Updated again today! Thank you all for following my playlist (almost 600). Much appreciated :sunglasses::call_me_hand:

For all those who ride with dance music- House Mix#7 now live. This starts euphorically deep and ramps into some harder trance.

Thanks for all the support from this group. Pair your Bluetooth speakers, plug in and enjoy!

Anything with ‘Bodies’ in it has to be good and Wonderwall to get even better. (MCFC fan)

I’m at the pointy end of the current specialty plan and have had the same Spotify playlist for the sub-hour workouts for what seems like an eternity. Whilst effective it is now repetitious.
I need some new music to fire the boiler. My run playlist is easy, anything and everything, my trainer workouts need to a little more specific.
I like it heavy and hard, see Metallica of old, Slipknot, Alice in Chains, The Melvins, even some old Fugazi.
If you can relate, I’m open to your suggestions. Go…

This King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard track has been really getting me through some tough final intervals lately. Sounds like it might be up your alley. Road train! (The whole album is good tbh).

Yep, I’ll give this one a stream, sounds like The Dead Kennedy’s! Self Immolate is a cracker. Thanks!
