Trainingpeaks workout sync to new Garmin?

Hi all, I had all my TP workouts synced to my Garmin 820. I’ve just fired up my new Garmin 830, but no workouts are synced now, I assume this is because they’re already marked as synced. How can force it to sync to the new device?
