When working within the Triathlon plans, all swims reference RPE. Are there any comparison tables or cheat sheets for RPE v Critical Swim Speed pace?

Endurance Pace
- Steady sustainable pace
- Speed: CSS Pace (Critical Swim Speed Pace), + 5
- Zone: 2
- RPE: 3-4
Threshold Pace
- Hard sustainable pace
- Speed: CSS Pace
- Zone: 3/Low 4
- RPE: 5-7
Speed Pace
- Fast pace that cannot be sustained
- Speed: CSS Pace - 3 or more seconds
- Zone: 5
- RPE: 8-10
