I have a question about peaking which I hope some of you might have some experience with.
My season starts in April and I’m currently doing the Sweet Spot Base High Volume II. After that, I’ll be doing General Build High Volume, and then I’ll finish up with the Rolling Road Race High Volume.
Seems like my TSS already will be peaking here in January and decline slightly from there. I remember that Chad mentioned in one episode that the TSS graph is somewhat representative of one’s shape, so I wonder why it’s declining towards the specialty phase.
Is there anyone who has some experience with this?
