Hello, I know I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so can some one please help explain to me in layman terms how TR gets these numbers please. I understand the TSS “212” that’s how much I have actually done for the week. But the TSS 154 is where my brain hurts Many thanks in advance, Cheers

Yep, as @OwenL said, planned vs actual completed to date. The 154 is what your training plan had originally scheduled for you. Did you add in an extra workout, or swap one for a more difficult workout?
yeah I add a outside group ride I do most weekends.
