Week off with virus - where to restart?

I’d just completed six good weeks of SSB1, with an FTP bump up to 242 (from 210). Started SSB2, and (just) managed huffaker as first v02 workout.

Then a virus (cough/temp) hit, so I’ve been off the bike for 6 days, and only just recovering.

Where should I restart?

Re-do RAMP and just start SSB2 again?
Couple of lower intensity rides and then restart at FTP of 242 in SSB2?
