I’ve used Jefit (free) for a couple of years and it does the job for me.

Years ago I started using Strong app and very happy with it.

Also a fan of the Strong app. Just bought my lifetime subscription.

I like the ability to copy workout data and then paste it into Strava (or Training Peaks) so it’s tracked along with my on the bike training.

:+1: end of workout tap the share icon and then copy. Open TrainingPeaks and paste the just completed routine. My first workout in Strong is over 8 years ago! Also bought the Lifetime.

Does the Strong allow you to track body weight exercises as well?

Yes

Are there any cycling-specific templates for the Strong app available online? I confess that I’m too lazy to program my own progressions, rests, etc.

Also used JeFit for years. I wish I was willing to give up saddle time to lift more. Maybe next year.

Thanks all, have been using Strong. It’s a shame that it can’t be considered in TR for ‘load’

I use Whoop and Dialled Health

Dang. I’ve been using excel and garmin watch to track. I should look at Strong.

I’ve found my Garmin watch (955) and Garmin connect good enough for me, interval button for sets, and it prompts for weight amount/reps and “tries” to guess excercise type (that you can correct later)
