Been basically doing TR since May. Plan was for this Sunday to do my Gran Fondo 100kms. Here in Australia it is called Brisbane to Gold Coast #B2GC From the ramp test since then I have improved FTP about 12%. It is pretty flat, but looks like a bit of headwind. Really interested to see the effect of TR. I can definitely feel on my long rides I am feeling more powerful and enjoying it more. Anyways, fingers crossed I can stick with a group.

Kudos on training since May – and nice work on the FTP increase!
Glad to hear you’re feeling stronger from all that training. I bet it’ll pay off this weekend at the B2GC!
