I’ve went with the Mid-Volume plan that has around 300-400TSS per week and I’m wondering if that’s enough. That’s about what I was doing in the winter, but now that I’ve moved outdoors full time my 7 day average is upwards of 700TSS. Should I leave the plan as it is, and that way I can do the intervals but also my own endurance or group rides? I’m thinking if I were to increase it to the high volume that would be worst since I wouldn’t be able to have my own rides in there as well, but I’m just looking for other people’s opinions.
TSS isn’t the goal.
I really wish there were some training principals that were presented during on-boarding of the TR app that would cover this.
